The DC18SE Car Charger will charge 14.4V and 18V Li-ion LXT slide type batteries only when plugged into a car’s DC power outlet or cigarette lighter. The DC18SE can also charge Ni-Cad and Ni-MH batteries when using the adapter accessory (not included). The DC18SE features optimum charging system with active current control, active thermal control and active voltage control; 2 way communication with battery via CPU chips in the battery and charger.
The DC18SE will charge 14.4V and 18V Li-ion LXT slide type batteries; 3.0Ah in 60 minutes, 4.0Ah in 90 minutes, 5.0Ah in 110 minutes and 6.0Ah in 130 minutes.
